Viewing information about a return

To search for and view information about a return:

1. On the Order menu, click Return status.

   The Search Returns page displays.

   If you belong to an end customer, Poetic automatically searches for and displays the returns for orders belonging to your company, with the search criteria section closed. In the search criteria, the Company name is set to your company and cannot be changed. You can use the remaining search criteria to narrow the list of returns.

   Otherwise, to display a list of returns, specify search criteria for the returns, then click the Search Returns button. See Conducting searches for more information about searches.

   From the list of returns, depending on your security privileges, you can:

   • View information about the return
   • For requested and escalated returns, authorize the return. See Authorizing a return.
   • For authorized and partially received returns, receive the return. See Receiving a return.
2. To display information about a return, click the radio button next to the return, then click the View Return button.

   The View Return page displays, containing details about the return.
