Editing contracts

If you have the appropriate privileges, you can edit contracts.

Using this feature you can:

To edit a contract:

  1. On the Asset menu, click Contracts.

    The Search Contracts page displays.

  2. To display a list of contracts, specify contract search criteria, then click the Search Contracts button.

    If you belong to an end customer, the list of contracts for your company displays automatically.

  3. Click the Options link for the contract you want to edit, then select the Edit Contract option. The Options list on the View Contract page also contains an option to edit the contract.

    The General tab of the Contract Maintenance page displays.

  4. Make the necessary changes, then click Finish.
