Adding and editing companies

All users are associated with a company. Each company has a type, based on which the company's users are allowed to perform specific tasks within Poetic.

Displaying the Search Companies page

You add and edit companies from the Search Companies page. To display the Search Companies page, on the Administration menu, click Companies and users.

Adding a company

To add a company:

On the Search Companies page, click Add Company.
The Add Company form displays.
Enter the company, and the information about the first user, then click Save.
The company is added to the database.

Editing a company

To edit a company:

To display a list of companies, on the Search Companies page, enter search criteria, then click Search Companies.

Click the Edit link for the company you want to edit.
The Overview tab of the Company Profile Maintenance page displays.
Make the changes to the profile, then click Save.
