Changing a company's primary contact

Each company has a primary contact. This person is the default point of contact for the company.

To change the primary contact:

  1. On the Overview tab of the Company Profile Maintenance page, click Change Primary Contact.
  2. The Search Users form displays the company's active users.

    You can use the search criteria to narrow the list of users. See Conducting searches for more information about searches.

  3. Click the Select link for the user you want to be the new primary contact.
