Changing a company's primary contact
Each company has a primary contact. This person is the default point of contact for the company.
To change the primary contact:
- On the Overview tab of the Company Profile Maintenance page, click Change Primary Contact.
- The Search Users form displays the company's active users.
You can use the search criteria to narrow the list of users. See Conducting searches for more information about searches.
- Click the Select link for the user you want to be the new primary contact.
