Inactivating and re-activating a company

To prevent all of the users of a company from having access to Poetic, you can inactivate the company. You can also re-activate a company that has been inactivated.

Inactivating a company

To inactivate a company:

1. On the Overview tab of the Company Profile Maintenance page, click Make Inactive.

   The Inactivate Company form displays.

2. Use the notes tabs to enter any notes regarding the transaction.

   The notes display on the Transactions tab.

3. Click Inactivate Company.

Re-activating a company

To re-activate an inactive company:

1. On the Overview tab of the Company Profile Maintenance page, click the Make Active.

   The Activate Company form displays.

2. Use the notes tabs to enter any notes regarding the transaction.

   The notes display on the Transactions tab.

3. Click Activate Company.
