Reports provide a view of Poetic data. Most Poetic reports are in the form of a table. From Poetic, you can:
Each report is configured to determine who can run the report and who has access to the report data. For example, if you belong to an end customer, then you can only run reports about your company. The publisher can run reports about all of their customers.
The Reports Menu provides access to all of the reports. To display the Reports Menu page, click Reports in the main menu.
The Standard tab is always displayed. It contains a complete list of the reports you have access to.
The reports are grouped into categories. You can expand or collapse the categories to show or hide the reports in that category.
From the Standard tab, you can:
To add a report to favorites, click the Add to Favorites link for the report.
To run a report, click the Run link for the report. See Running and scheduling reports for details.
The Favorites tab displays if you have added any reports to your favorites. The Favorites tab provides quick access to the reports you use the most.
To run a report from the Favorites tab, click the Run link for the report. See Running and scheduling reports for details.
To remove a report from your favorites, click the Remove link for the report. The report is still available from the Standard tab.
The Scheduled tab displays if you have any reports scheduled to run at a specific time or on a regular schedule. For each report you have scheduled, the list includes:
To change the schedule for running the report, click the Edit link for the report. The report criteria page for the selected report displays. See Running and scheduling reports for details on scheduling a report.
To run the report, click the Run Now link for the report. The criteria page displays with the current criteria for the report.
To remove the scheduled report, click the Remove link for the report.
