Sending, holding, and resuming renewal notifications

Sending renewal notifications

To manually send renewal notifications for a contract, on the View Contract page toolbar, click Renewal Options, then select Send Renewal Notifications.

Holding renewal notifications

You can stop the sending of renewal notifications for a contract. For example, a customer definitely plans to renew, and does not need to receive additional notifications before they make the formal request.

To stop renewal notifications, on the View Contract page toolbar, click Renewal Options, then select Hold Renewal Notifications.

On the View Contract page, the Renewal notification hold field indicates whether the notifications are on hold.

Resuming renewal notifications

If the renewal notifications are currently on hold, then you can resume the notifications on the current schedule.

On the View Contract page toolbar, click Renewal Options, then select Resume Renewal Notifications.
