Emailing multiple certificates

About sending multiple certificates

Poetic allows you to send the certificates for multiple machines or registration certificates at once, instead of having to send them one at a time.

To send a set of certificates:

On the Activation menu, click Send.
On the Search Certificates to Send page, provide search criteria, then click Search Certificates. See Searching for machines or registration certificates to manage activated items for more information.
Check the check box next to each machine or registration certificate you want to include in the list of certificates to send.
To check or uncheck all of the machines or registration certificates on the page, check or uncheck the check box in the column heading.
Click Send Certificates. To send certificates for all of the machines or registration certificates in the search results, click Send All Certificates Found.

On the Configure page of the Send Multiple Certificates process:

In the Batch job name field, type a name for the request. This can be used by administrators to monitor the request status.
From the Error handling dropdown, select how to handle errors when the certificates are sent.
To record the error, and then continue the process, select Record and continue.

To stop the process when the first error is found, select Stop on error.
In the Email to field, type the email address(es) to send the certificates to. Use commas to separate multiple addresses.
In the Email report to field, type the email address(es) to send a summary of the request to. Use commas to separate multiple addresses.
From the Language dropdown, select the language to use for the message.
In the Message text field, provide any additional message text.
Click Next.

On the Confirm page, if required, check the check box to accept the terms and conditions.

Click Finish.
