Creates a list of transactions that have occurred to entitlements.
| Transaction type | To only include a specific type of transaction, select the type in the dropdown. For example, you could restrict the list to entitlement creations. |
| Method | To only include transactions that were performed using a specific method, select the method from the dropdown. For example, you could restrict the list to changes that occurred automatically. |
| Data affected | To only include transactions that affected a specific type of data, select the data type from the dropdown. For example, you could restrict the list to changes in the entitlement end date. |
| Contract # | To only include transactions for entitlements created under a specific contract, specify the contract number.
Either type the number in the field, or click the find icon to search for and select the contract. You may also specify partial criteria (for example, type 103% to include orders for contracts whose numbers begin with 103). |
| Program | To only include transactions for entitlements created under a specific program, select the program from the dropdown. |
| Region/Countries | To run the report for entitlements with sold-to companies located in any country, select All countries from the dropdown. This is the default value.
To run the report for a specific region, select the region from the dropdown. To select the specific countries for which to run the report, click the icon next to the dropdown. Use the select countries form to select the countries to include. |
| Transaction date | To only include transactions that occurred within a specific time frame from the current date, click the Within selected time frame radio button. Select a time frame from the dropdown.
To only include transactions that occurred within a specific number of days from the current date, click the Within past # of days radio button. In the field, specify a number of days. To only include transactions that occurred within a specific range of dates, click the Within date range radio button. In the fields, specify the start and end dates for the range. |
