Generates a list of entitlements.
When the criteria page first displays, the following criteria are available:
Company name | To only include entitlements owned by a specific company, specify the company name. Either type the name in the field or click the find icon to search for and select a company.
You may also specify partial criteria (for example, type A% to include entitlements owned by companies that begin with the letter A). If you belong to an end customer, and are not linked to any other companies, this criterion is not available. The report results are always specific to your company. If you are linked to other companies, then you can see results for your own company and for the companies you are linked to. |
LAC | To only include entitlements with a specific License Authorization Code (LAC), type the LAC in the field. To enter multiple LACs, click Enter LACs to display a raised form. |
Status | To only include entitlements with a specific status, select the status from the dropdown. |
When you click the Advanced Criteria link, the following additional criteria display:
Entitlement ID | To only include entitlements with a specific ID, type a value into the field. To enter multiple Entitlement IDs, click Enter Entitlement IDs to display a raised form. | Entitlement type | To only include entitlements of a specific type, select the type from the dropdown. |
Program | To only include entitlements created under a specific program, select the program from the dropdown. |
Contract # | To only include entitlements created under a specific contract, specify the contract number.
Either type the number in the field, or click the find icon to search for and select a contract. You can also specify partial criteria (for example, type 123% to find entitlements created under contract numbers starting with 123). |
Group name | To only include entitlements assigned to a group with a specific name, type the name in the field. |
Group ID | To only include entitlements assigned to a group with a specific pub ID, type the pub ID in the field. |
Order # | To only include entitlements generated from a specific Poetic order, specify the order number.
Either type the number in the field, or click the find icon to search for and select an order. |
Entitlement ISV Property | To only include entitlements with a specific custom property value (for example, a PO number), type a value into the field. To include multiple values, click Enter ISV Values to display a raised form. |
Last name | To only include entitlements registered to a user with a specific last name, type the last name into the field.
You can also specify partial criteria (for example, type A% to find entitlements owned by users whose last name begins with the letter A). |
First name | To only include entitlements registered to a user with a specific first name, type the first name into the field.
You can also specify partial criteria (for example, type A% to find entitlements owned by users whose first name begins with the letter A). |
City | To only include entitlements for end customers located in a specific city, type the city in the field.
You may also specify partial criteria (for example, type A% to find entitlements with end customers located in cities whose names begin with the letter A). |
Region/Countries | To run the report for end customers in all countries, select All countries from the dropdown. This is the default value.
To run the report for a specific region, select the region from the dropdown. To select the specific countries for which to run the report, click the icon next to the dropdown. Use the select countries form to select the countries to include. |
Product # | To only include entitlements for a specific product, specify the product number. Either type the number in the field, or click the find icon to search for and select a product.
You may also specify partial criteria (for example, type 103% to include entitlements for products whose numbers begin with 103). |
Product line | To only include entitlements for a specific product line, select the product line from the dropdown. |
Family | For each product family for which to include entitlements, select the family from the combo box, then click the Add Below button.
To clear the list of families, click Clear. |
Security role | Administrators or customer support users may want to replicate how a customer may see the report.
Depending on your security privileges, a Security role dropdown is included in the criteria. This dropdown allows you to generate the report based on the selected security role. The report will still exclude any items that are not visible to your own security role. |
Create date | To only include entitlements with a create date that occurred within a specific time frame from the current date, click the Within selected time frame radio button. Select a time frame from the dropdown.

In the field, specify a number of days. To only include entitlements with a create date that occurred within a specific range of dates, click the Within date range radio button. In the fields, specify the start and end dates for the range. |
Start date | To only include entitlements with a start date that occurred within a specific time frame from the current date, click the Within selected time frame radio button. Select a time frame from the dropdown.

In the field, specify a number of days. To only include entitlements with a start date that occurred within a specific range of dates, click the Within date range radio button. Expire date | To only include entitlements with an expiration date that occurred within a specific time frame from the current date, click the Within selected time frame radio button. Select a time frame from the dropdown.

In the field, specify a number of days. To only include entitlements with an expiration date that will occur within a specific number of days after the current date, click the Within next # of days radio button. In the fields, specify the start and end dates for the range. |
If count-based subscription is used, where customers are entitled to a specific number of updates, then you can also use the subscription information to narrow the report results.
Next delivery date | To only include entitlements with a next delivery date that occurred within a specific time frame from the current date, click the Within selected time frame radio button. Select a time frame from the dropdown.

Deliveries remaining | Use the fields to provide the allowed range for the number of deliveries remaining. |
