Authenticating a new user

When a user registers as a new user for an existing company, their record is flagged to indicate that they need to be authenticated. The authentication confirms that the user belongs to the company.

Unauthenticated users cannot log into Poetic with a user name and password. They can only log in with a LAC.

When the user registers, a request is sent to the company primary contact asking them to authenticate the new user. The primary contact can perform the authentication by either:
