Tracking shipped orders
Poetic allows you to track the shipping status for orders containing physical products.
You can only display shipping information for orders with a status of Shipped or Invoiced.
To track a shipment:
- On the Order menu, click Order status.
The Search Orders page displays.
- To display a list of orders, enter search criteria, then click the Search Orders button.
- Click the radio button next to the order you want to view, then click the View Order button.
The Order Detail tab of the View Order page displays.
- In the Order Detail section, in the Product # column, click the product for which you want to view shipping information.
The View Order Line Status page displays.
- In the Shipping Information section, in the Tracking # field, click the tracking number.
The carrier's web site displays.
- Follow the instructions on the carrier's site.
