Tracking shipped orders

Poetic allows you to track the shipping status for orders containing physical products.

You can only display shipping information for orders with a status of Shipped or Invoiced.

To track a shipment:

  1. On the Order menu, click Order status.

    The Search Orders page displays.

  2. To display a list of orders, enter search criteria, then click the Search Orders button.
  3. Click the radio button next to the order you want to view, then click the View Order button.

    The Order Detail tab of the View Order page displays.

  4. In the Order Detail section, in the Product # column, click the product for which you want to view shipping information.

    The View Order Line Status page displays.

  5. In the Shipping Information section, in the Tracking # field, click the tracking number.

    The carrier's web site displays.

  6. Follow the instructions on the carrier's site.
