Editing an incomplete order

Poetic allows you to edit orders that have a status of either Entry in Progress or Entry with Errors.

To change an existing order:

1. On the Order menu, click Edit order.

   The Edit Order page displays.

2. In the Order # field, type the number of the order you want to edit.

   To search for and select the order, click the find icon.

3. To edit an order associated with a renewal request, in the Renewal request # field, type the request number.

   You cannot provide both an order number and a renewal request number.

4. Click the Edit Order button.

   The Parties tab of the Order Entry page displays.

5. After making your changes, click the Error tab to check for errors.
6. If there are no order errors, the Confirmation tab displays.
7. After verifying the information, to submit the order for processing, click Finish.
