Changing an order's payment method
For orders with a status of Pending Authorization, you can still change the order payment method.
To change the payment method for an order:
- On the Order menu, click Order status.
The Search Orders page displays.
- To display a list of orders, specify search criteria, then click the Search Orders button.
- In the order search results, click the radio button next to the order, then click the Edit Payment button.
The Billing tab of the Order Entry page displays.
- From the Payment method dropdown, select the new payment method.
Specify any additional information needed for the changed payment method.
- Click the Error tab to check if there are errors in the order.
If there are no order errors, the Confirmation tab displays.
- Verify the order information, then click the Finish button.
The Order Entry Complete page displays.
