Canceling a renewal request

You may sometimes need to cancel a renewal request if you no longer need the subscription. When you cancel a renewal request, the renewal status on the relevant entitlements is reset to reflect that they are no longer included in the request.

To cancel a renewal request:

1. On the Renewal Dashboard, on the Renewal Requests tab, click the Options link for the request you want to cancel.
2. In the Options list, click Cancel Renewal Request.

   The Cancel Renewal page displays.

3. After verifying the request information, click Finish.
   The complete page for the renewal cancellation displays.
