The toolbar at the top of the View Entitlement page allows you to:
The Overview tab contains basic information about the entitlement.
At the top of the page is a summary of the entitlement information.
| LAC | If applicable, the License Authorization Code (LAC) assigned to the entitlement. |
| Status | The current status of the entitlement. |
| Total qty | The total quantity on the entitlement. |
| Created | The date the entitlement was created. |
| Start date | The date the entitlement starts. |
| Expire date | The date the entitlement expires. |
| Duration | If the entitlement has a duration instead of an expiration date, the duration for the entitlement. |
If the entitlement is an Enterprise Agreement (EA) entitlement:
| EA order qty | The original quantity on the entitlement. This is the quantity before any overdraft. It is not decremented when the entitlement is activated. |
| Overdraft allowed | Indicates whether the end customer can activate a quantity greater than the original ordered quantity.
If the check box is checked, then the overdraft is allowed. If the check box is not checked, then the overdraft is not allowed, and the customer can only activate the original ordered quantity. |
| Overdraft qty | Only displays if the Overdraft allowed check box is checked.
Lists the quantity that can be activated in addition to the original ordered quantity. |
| EA available qty | Lists the current quantity that is available to be activated. This value includes any overdraft quantity. |
| EA consumed qty | Lists the quantity that the customer has already activated. |
If the entitlement includes support:
| Support level | The level of technical support associated with this entitlement. |
| Support expiration | The date support expires for this entitlement. |
If count-based subscription is used, where customers are entitled to receive a specific number of updates:
| Next delivery date | The date when the customer is due to receive the next update for this entitlement. |
| Deliveries remaining | The number of updates the customer is entitled to for this entitlement. |
If the entitlement requires renewal, then:
| Renewal status | The renewal status of this entitlement. |
| Last renewed | The date the latest renewal for the entitlement becomes effective. |
| Renewal end date | The entitlement expiration date after the next renewal is processed. |
Lists the entitlements that are linked to the current entitlement. To view a linked entitlement, click its View link.
The Ownership tab provides information about the companies and users associated with the entitlement.
| Contract # | The contract the entitlement belongs to. Includes the contract number, program, and dates. The contract information is a hyperlink to the View Contract page for that contract. |
| Group | The name and identifier of the group the entitlement is assigned to. To edit information about the group, click the Edit Group link. |
| Parties | Information about the sold-to company, dealer company, and end customer for the entitlement. To edit information about a company, click the edit link for that company. |
| Coordinators | Information about the coordinators associated with the entitlement. |
The Activation tab contains information about the entitlement activation.
| Activation end date | The date after which the entitlement cannot be activated. |
| Activated qty | The quantity that has been activated. |
| Available qty | The quantity that is still available for activation. |
For each activation from this entitlement, the list includes:
| Qty | The activation quantity. |
| Machine Name | The name of the machine or registration certificate. |
| Locking IDs | The locking IDs associated with the activation. |
| Activation Date | The date of the activation. |
The Options list for each activation provides access to functions for managing that machine certificate. See About managing activated items for details on managing activated items.
The Additional Information tab contains additional entitlement and product information.

The Product Details section contains information about the entitlement product, including:
| Product line | The product line for the entitlement product. |
| Family | The product family for the entitlement product. |
| Version | The license version for the entitlement product. |
| Language | The language used by the entitlement product. |
| Deployment | The deployment method for the entitlement product. |
| Duration | If applicable, the duration of the entitlement product. |
| Platform | The platform associated with the entitlement product. |
| Product type | The type of product. The product type determines the entitlement type. |
| Publisher properties | Any custom properties for products. |
The Transactions tab lists the actions that have occurred to this entitlement and the effect of each transaction on the available quantity.
