Emailing the certificate information

The View Certificate page toolbar includes an option to email the certificate information. You also can email certificates from the Complete page of the activation process.

When you click the send option, the Send Certificate form displays.

  1. In the Email address field, type the address(es) to send the certificate information to. Use commas to separate multiple addresses.
  2. In the Subject field, type the subject line for the email.
  3. From the Language dropdown, select the language in which to send the certificate.
  4. In the Message content field, type the message to include with the certificate information.
  5. To put all of the certificate keys in a single .zip file, and not include any keys in the text of the certificate, check the Zip all keys check box. This option is available based on your security privileges. If you do not check the check box, then the keys are attached individually.
  6. From the Result output dropdown, select an option to indicate how the certificate should be sent. The available options are:
    Email only The certificate content is in the body of the email. The email has no attachments.
    Email and key files The certificate content is in the body of the email. All of the key files are attached separately.
    Email and zipped key file The certificate content is in the body of the email. The key files are attached in a single zip file.
    Email and certificate The certificate content is in the body of the email. A PDF version of the certificate is attached.
    Email, zipped key files, and certificate The certificate content is in the body of the email. The key files and a PDF version of the certificate are attached in a single zip file.
  7. Click Send.
