Viewing key details

Viewing activation details for a key

On the Keys tab of the View Certificate page, the Options list for each key includes an option to view the activation details for that key. When you select the View Activation Details option, a set of tabs displays below the key, with the Activation Details tab selected.

For keys on machine certificates, the activation details include:

• The locking IDs provided for that activation
• Other activation information provided for the activation
• The platform and deployment, if provided

For both machine and registration certificates, the activation details include:

• The activation type. If the key is for both permanent and evaluation items, then the type is set to Permanent, Evaluation.
• The target tag

Viewing installation instructions for a key

If the key includes installation instructions, then the Options list for each key includes an option to view the installation instructions for that key. When you select the View Installation Instructions option, a set of tabs displays below the key, with the Installation Instructions tab selected.

The tab contains a text field with the appropriate instructions.

Viewing the legal disclaimer for a key

If the key includes a legal disclaimer, then the Options list includes an option to view the legal disclaimer for that key. When you select the View Legal Disclaimer option, a set of tabs displays below the key, with the Legal Disclaimer tab selected.

The tab contains a text field with the appropriate disclaimer.
