You can only download files and view a download history for one company at a time.
When the page first displays, if you can only manage downloads for one company, then that company is selected automatically.
If you can manage downloads for more than one company, then at the top of the page is either:
If the page displayed with a combo box, then select the company from the combo box.
If the page displayed with the field and find icon, then either:
After entering or selecting the company, to display the results for that company on the current tab, click Apply Company.
You can also navigate to the tab you want to view, provide any additional search criteria, then click the search button.
If the company name information provided matches only one company, then:
If the company name information matches more than one company, then Poetic displays the list of matching companies in a combo box. You must select a company from the combo box, then click Apply Company again.
The selected company is used on all of the tabs.
To view downloads for a different company, click Change Company.
The Company name field is changed to a combo box and find icon, and the Change Company link is replaced by the Apply Company link
Enter or select the company, then click Apply Company.
When you perform a search after changing the company, Poetic clears the results on all of the other tabs.
