Viewing the history of a download
Displaying the list of related entitlements for the download
On the Downloads page, the Search by Download tab allows you to search for downloads that are available for the company selected at the top of the page.
When the Search by Download tab first displays, the following criteria are available.
| Download pub ID | The identifier of the download. |
| Group name | The name of the group assigned to entitlements that the download applies to. |
| Download name | The name of the download. The Download name field supports partial criteria using the wildcard character. For example, to find a download that includes the text "SuperServer" in its name, type %SuperServer% in the field. |
| Product line | The product line the download is assigned to. This product line is not related to the product line for the linked products. |
| Download type | The download type. For example, to only see software patches in the results, select Patch from the Download type dropdown. |
| Priority | To only see downloads with a specific priority, select the priority from the dropdown. |
To display additional criteria for the download search, click Advanced Search.
The following criteria allow you to search for downloads based on properties of the download.
| Product # | Each download can be linked to one or more products. To find downloads that are linked to a specific product, type the product number into the field, or use the find icon to search for and select the product. |
| Family | To find downloads linked to products that belong to a specific family, select the family from the combo box. |
| Product Version | The version of the product you want to download. |
| Release date | To find a download that became available during a specific range of dates, type the start and end dates into the field, or use the date picker tool to select the dates. |
The following criteria allow you to search for downloads based on entitlements that are eligible for the download.
| Order # | The order number for an entitlement that is eligible for the download. |
| LAC | The LAC assigned to entitlements that are eligible for the download. You can also type a comma-separated list of LACs. |
| Entitlement ID | The entitlement ID for an entitlement that is eligible for the download. |
| Group ID | The pub ID of a group assigned to an entitlement that is eligible for the download. |
| Other entitlement properties | The publisher may provide other entitlement properties to allow you to search for downloads that specific entitlements are eligible for. |
After providing the download search criteria, to display the list of matching downloads, click Search Downloads.

To view the history of downloads for the selected download and company:
For downloads that do not require an entitlement, there is no Options list. The View History link displays alone.
To display the list of entitlements for the selected company that are eligible for the download:
This option is only available for downloads that require an entitlement.
To display the Machine Dashboard listing machines or registration certificates with activated items that are eligible for the download:
This option is only available for downloads that require an entitlement.
