Canceling scheduled runs for an upgrade job

You may need to cancel scheduled runs for an upgrade job.

For example, you may discover an error in the job configuration before the scheduled run, or may run out of physical products required for the upgrade.

To cancel the scheduled runs for a job:

  1. On the Search Automated Upgrade Jobs page, click the Options link for the upgrade job.
  2. In the Options list, click Cancel scheduled runs.
  3. On the Cancel Scheduled Runs form, to cancel the runs, click Cancel Runs.

The scheduled runs are canceled, and the job returns to its previous status.
