If you forget your password

If you forget your password, you can request to have it reset and sent to you:

1. On the Poetic login page, click Forgot My Password.
2. On the Request Password form, in the Login field, type your Poetic login.
3. Click Submit Request.
4. On the Password Reset form, click Close.

The new password is sent by email to the email address listed for your account.
